Manager Training
This is a required program, along with the Caregiver Training Program, for individuals that plan to take the Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators
and Assisted Living Facility Managers (NCIA Board) test for Assisted Living Manager certification. However, individuals in the assisted living industry without the intent of becoming an Assisted Living Manager may find this course a beneficial addition to their educational portfolio.
This course will provide techniques in developing resident service plans, basic business practices, managing personnel, how and when to delegate authority, how to develop policies and procedures, in addition to offering an overview of the rules and regulations governing assisted living facilities.
